1.2. How to register an account on Boo.vn?

You can log in directly with your Facebook and Google accounts. Or you can select the "Register" section, fill in your name and phone number. The system will then send you a confirmation OTP code, you just need to enter this code and select "Create Account" and you have completed the registration process.

1.3. What if I forget my password to log in to my account?

At the login interface, select the "Forgot password" section and fill in the phone number registered for the account. Boo will then send an OTP code to your phone number. You just need to enter this code and change the new password and you're done.

1.6. How to use SDT to register to buy at the store to buy online?

2.2. How to place an order at Boo.vn?

To order on Boo.vn, please refer here and then the product will be delivered to the address that you have registered for pickup.

2.3. How do I know if my order has been successful?

After you place your order successfully, Boo's system will send a confirmation email to the email address you have registered.

2.4. How can I track the status of my order?

There are 2 ways you can track the status of your order.

  • Option 1: Boo's system will send an email notification of the status of your order, you can track it directly on Mail or click on the "Order Status" section in Mail to see details.
  • Option 2: You log in to Boo.vn, select the "My Orders" section and track the status of your orders.

2.5. Do I have the right to cancel after placing an order?

  • You can actively cancel an ordered order by going to the "My Orders" section, selecting the order to be canceled and selecting "cancel order"
  • For orders that have been paid in advance, please contact Boo's call center: 1900 232313 support from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. daily from Monday to Friday for assistance in canceling orders and refunds.
  • For orders that are in transit, you cannot actively cancel on the Website, please refuse to receive the goods when there is a delivery staff to help Boo.

2.6. How long will it take for me to receive my money back in my account if I cancel my order successfully?

    The time for Boo to refund money to your account will depend on the time of the bank or another party (Momo, VNPay...), up to 30 days from the time Boo receives the refund request (excluding Saturday, Sundays and holidays, Tet )

2.7. Can I exchange the product after I have placed an order?

To change products after you have placed an order, please cancel the previously placed order and place a new order with the products you wish to change.

2.8. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your pickup address

  • With orders delivered to Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi within 48 working hours from the time you receive the shipment email
  • For orders delivered to other provinces and cities up to 5 working days from the time you receive the Shipment Email

2.12. How many times can an order be delivered to me?

The order can be delivered up to 3 times (If the 1st order is unsuccessful, the shipping staff will contact you for the 2nd time after the next 1-2 working days. Thus, after 3 unsuccessful transactions, the order will be canceled).
