Cases not covered by the warranty
- Apply bleach to the product
- The product is damaged by external impacts such as chemicals, insects, organisms, collisions, etc.
- Rub the product with a sharp object
- Ironing and drying at high temperatures
BOO agrees to the warranty when the product defect is determined to be from Boo such as:
- Fading from the faded details to the rest of the details
- Thread the seams
- Print bubbles/printed text on the product
- Leather explosion (shoes)
- Broken lock
- Broken button....
After BOO receives the Customer's information that needs warranty, Boo will conduct a product inspection and give detailed feedback on the results to the Customer.
