ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

TO PURCHASE ONLINE, PLEASE VISIT THE BOO WEBSITE. VN AND FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: Search and select your favorite product on boo.vn Website You can search for products in 2 ways:

  • Type the name of the product you want to find in the search bar
  • Search by product category (Men, Women, Clothing, Accessories, Collections...)

STEP 2: Click on the product you want to buy. Select a color, choose a size and then click the "Add to cart" button to put the product in the cart

STEP 3: Select 'Place Order' and log in to your BOO/Facebook/Google account or register a new account
Note: You need to make sure you have filled in your email in the "Personal Information" section to receive email updates on the status of your order before placing an order and making a payment.

STEP 4: Fill in the delivery information, enter the promo code, promotion and choose the payment method.

* To use the promotion, please note the following issues:

  • Case 1: If you receive a promo code from BOO, enter that code in the box "Enter discount code" and click "Enter" the order will be discounted according to the discount you are entitled to.
  • Case 2: If you want to enjoy a promotion from BOO, click on "Promotions" and select the type of program that you think is appropriate.
  • Case 3: If you are a VIP or VVIP customer, you are entitled to the benefits according to your level, please click "Promotions" and choose the discount according to your level. VIP customers will get a 5% discount on full-price orders and VVIP customers will get a 10% discount on full-price orders.

* Note: If you have registered an account at the store system, please fill in the correct phone number to accumulate points in the same account by selecting "Register with a new account" if it is your first time making an online purchase on BOO's website.

STEP 5: Check the products in the shopping cart again then select "Order"

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED TO BOO. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND ORDER STATUS NOTIFICATION FROM BOO. FINALLY, JUST WAIT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS FROM BOO!!!
