PRIVACY POLICY

• When Customers make transactions and/or register to open an account at Boo.vn, depending on the time, Customers must provide some necessary information for making transactions and/or registering an account ("Customer Information").
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by the Customer is complete and accurate, and always updating the information to ensure completeness and accuracy. BOO is not responsible for resolving any disputes if the information provided by the Customer is inaccurate, or not updated, or falsified.

• Customer information, as well as information exchanged between the Customer and BOO, are stored and secured by BOO's system.
• Boo.vn is equipped with appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of Customer Information. BOO also regularly coordinates with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of Customer Information when Customers access, register to open an account and/or use Boo.vn's features. When collecting data, Boo.vn stores and secures Customer Information on the server system and this Customer Information is secured by firewall systems, access control measures, and data encryption.
• Boo.vn does not allow third parties to track or collect Customer information on boo.vn's component websites
• For closed accounts, we still store Customer Information and Customer access for the purposes of fraud prevention, investigation, answering questions, etc. This Customer Information will be kept by BOO on the server system for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the date the Customer closes the account on Boo.vn. After this period ends, BOO will proceed to permanently delete the Customer Information of the Customer who has closed the account.
• Customers are absolutely not allowed to use any tools or programs to illegally interfere with the system or change the data structure of BOO, as well as any other actions to disseminate or promote activities with the purpose of interfering with, sabotaging or infiltrating BOO's system data, as well as actions prohibited by Vietnamese law. In case BOO discovers that the Customer has intentionally forged, cheated, disseminated illegal information, etc., BOO has the right to transfer the Customer's Customer Information to competent authorities for handling in accordance with the law.

BOO has the right to use the information provided by the Customer, including but not limited to Customer Information, to:

• Provide services/utilities to Customers based on their needs and habits when accessing Boo.vn;
• Send notifications, exchange information between Customers and Boo.vn, other websites of BOO Trading Limited Liability Company (if any), or vice versa;
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, sabotage of Customer accounts or activities that forge Customer identities on Boo.vn;
• Contact, support communication and resolve with Customers in special cases.

• Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and not providing any information related to their account and access password on Boo.vn on other websites except when logging into BOO's official website at boo.vn.
• BOO is not responsible for problems arising when Customers access Boo.vn from other websites that are not BOO's official website.

• BOO does not provide Customer Information to any third party except in cases where it is required by competent State agencies, or as required by law, or when providing such information is necessary for BOO to provide services/utilities to Customers (for example, providing necessary delivery information to shipping partners, etc.).
• In addition to the above cases, BOO will specifically notify the Customer when it must disclose Customer Information to a third party. In this case, BOO commits to only disclose Customer Information with the Customer's consent. BOO may share Customer Information for the following purposes:
• Market research and analysis reports: BOO may use Customer Information for market research, synthesis, analysis of general information of Customers (e.g. average age, geographic area), detailed information will be hidden and used only for statistical purposes. In the event that BOO conducts a survey requiring Customer participation, any answers to surveys or opinion polls provided by Customers to BOO will not be transferred to any third party.
• Exchange of Customer Information with partners who have signed a customer care cooperation agreement with BOO: BOO may share Customer Information with affiliated partners and domestic and international affiliated websites (if any) of BOO. This sharing helps BOO to provide Customers with information about products and services, related to goods, services and other issues that Customers may be interested in. In the event that BOO's affiliated companies are granted access to Customer Information, they will have to strictly comply with the regulations described in this Policy.
• Exchange of Customer Information with third parties who are partners and agents of BOO: BOO may transfer Customer Information to agents and subcontractors for data analysis, marketing and customer service support. BOO may also exchange Customer Information with third parties for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction purposes.
• Exchange of Customer Information with advertising partners: The Customer behavior tracking system used by BOO on advertising display channels (such as Customer remarketing, DoubleClick advertising campaign management system, reporting on customer demographics and interests with Google Analytics tools, etc.), can collect information such as age, gender, interests and number of interactions with the number of times the advertisement appears.
• With the ad settings feature, Customers can choose to opt out of Google Analytics' customer behavior tracking feature and choose how their ad display channels appear on Google.
• Exchange Customer Information with other business entities that BOO plans to merge or acquire: in this case, BOO will require those entities to strictly comply with this Policy.
• Use of Cookies BOO provides cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as: access history, Customer's choices when accessing and using BOO's features, etc. to increase security experience and help BOO understand Customer's needs and preferences to be able to provide better services.
