LOYALTY PROGRAM APPLIES FROM 05/03/2024

I. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

(***): Applicable for bills from VND 699,000

II. TIME AND CONDITIONS FOR TIER UPDATE:

-When customers spend 6,000,000 VND in a year, they will be immediately promoted to VIP status

-Membership tier will be recalculated on 01/01 every year

-To keep the rank in year N+1, customers need to accumulate enough spending in year N

-To better understand customers, refer to the following examples:

*Example: Customer A accumulates VND 6,000,000 on 01/06/2024 and is promoted to VIP status immediately. Until 01/01/2025, when updating the tier, customer A will still retain his VIP status from 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025:

->Case 1: Customer A during the period from 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025 does not accumulate full 6,000,000 VND, on 01/01/2026, customer A will be updated to Member status

->Case 2: Customer A in the period from 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025 continues to accumulate full 6,000,000 VND, on 01/01/2026 when updating the tier, Customer A will still be able to maintain the VIP status until the end of 31/12/2026

If I am a VIP and redeem all the points in my account, will I be downgraded to Member?

Customers will not be downgraded when they redeem all points, as customer tiers are calculated according to the total spend in the year

Why does my old accumulated points become 0 points when changing the program?

Because the points accumulated under the old program are only used for classification, there is no use value, so when changing the point accumulation program, the old points will be returned to 0

After changing the program, will my customer tier be affected?

Unaffected. BOO retains the customer's existing tier in 2024 after the program change

Do accumulated points have an expiration date?

Accumulated points have no expiration date and customers can accumulate an unlimited number of points

When recalculating the annual ranking, will the accumulated points be affected?

The client's score is not affected and remains the same

How to use points ?

.Point conversion rate: 1 point = 1 VND..
. Use your points to make purchases at the BOO store or website.
. Accumulated points can be redeemed and applied in conjunction with all other promotions
. Points can only be applied to discounts of up to 50% of the invoice value.
. Points accumulated when purchasing goods will be immediately credited to the member's account.
. Member's points will be deducted immediately after use.
. Points are not redeemable for cash..
. Customers are kindly requested to use points before checkout when purchasing in-store.

How do I check my accumulated points?

Customers can check their accumulated points in the following ways.
. Website: after logging in to the BOO website. VN, select the "Account" section then check the accumulated points..
. Store: provide the point accrual phone number and ask the support staff to check or check the point information right on the invoice after purchase..
. Hotline: contact customer care hotline 1900 066 800 for support.
. Social networks: contact via Facebook/Zalo for support..

If someone else knows my phone number, can they use my points?

Impossible. To ensure customer benefits, when requesting to use points, whether at the store or website, the system will also send an OTP message asking for a verification code, customers need to provide this verification code correctly to redeem points

If I made a purchase on the website before 05/03/2024 and delivered after 05/03/2024, how will my points be calculated?

Your points will be calculated according to the program point accumulation rate at the time you place your order and for orders placed before 05/03/2024 will be credited at the rate of 0.1%
