1. If the value of the product that the Customer wants to exchange at the time of the need to exchange is equal to the value of the product at the time of purchase. | Customers can exchange at the same price | ||
2. If the value of the product that the Customer wants to exchange at the time of the exchange demand is greater than the value of the product at the time of purchase. | Customers compensate for the cost difference.. | ||
3. If the value of the Customer's product at the time of the need to exchange is less than the value of the product at the time of purchase. | BOO does not refund the cost difference. Customers can choose more products and compensate for the difference (if any) | ||
Step 4 | BOO will exchange the product for the Customer as confirmed in step 3 |
Note:
- BOO refund or voucher in case the wrong product is transferred or the product ordered by the customer is out of stock.
- Customers notify via Facebook/Hotline: 0936.303.632 of BOO for transfer information. BOO will refund within 30 days or send the Voucher to customers within 3 days from the receipt of the request (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, Tet).
- In case the Customer exchanges the goods due to the needs of the Customer, the Customer must pay the shipping fee.
